Sex & Intimacy

Sex & Intimacy

Honest, non-judgmental support for what often goes unspoken.

Sexual wellbeing is part of overall wellbeing, yet it can be one of the hardest areas to talk about openly. Concerns about desire, intimacy, pornography use, sexual functioning, or behaviour that feels compulsive can bring up shame, confusion, frustration, or distance in relationships. You deserve a space where these conversations can happen honestly and without judgment.

I work with individuals and couples on a wide range of sex and intimacy concerns, including differences in desire, sexual anxiety, intimacy difficulties, sexual functioning concerns, problematic pornography use, and sexual behaviour that may feel compulsive or difficult to control.

My approach is direct, non-judgmental, and grounded in understanding rather than shame. Together, we can look at what may be driving the concern, how it is affecting you or your relationship, and what patterns may be keeping it going.

If pornography use or sexual behaviour has started to feel out of control, secretive, distressing, or damaging to your relationships or self-esteem, we can explore that without reducing you to a label. My goal is to help you better understand the behaviour and work toward a healthier, more intentional relationship with sexuality and intimacy.
